摘要
教师的教学能力是职业教育高质量发展的基本保障,全国职业院校教学能力比赛对职业教育的改革和创新有着引领作用。高职公共基础课是学生学习专业知识和技能的基础,根据全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛要求,通过分析高职公共基础课程组国赛一等奖作品,从教学内容更新、教学设计、教学实施、教学评价和教学反思五个方面探索高职公共基础课教师教学能力提升的具体路径,充分发挥公共基础课在高职人才培养中的基础作用。
Teachers'teaching ability is the basic guarantee for the high-quality development of vocational education,and the national vocational college teaching ability competition plays a leading role in the reform and innovation of vocational education.Public basic courses in higher vocational colleges are the basis for students to learn professional knowledge and skills.According to the teaching ability competition requirements of the National Vocational College Skills Competition,this paper analyzes the first prize works of public basic courses in higher vocational colleges,and explores the specific ways to improve the teaching ability of teachers of public basic courses in higher vocational colleges from five aspects:teaching content update,teaching design,teaching implementation,teaching evaluation and teaching reflection,so as to give full play to the basic role of public basic courses in higher vocational talents training.
