摘要
“双减”政策使得博物馆作为学生“第二课堂”的需求日益凸显。该研究以上海儿童博物馆为例,采用儿童绘画法与扎根理论,从儿童绘画和儿童访谈视角探寻其博物馆旅游体验的特征。研究发现,114份有效绘画样本显示,其特征在内容上聚焦于同伴、动物与互动,关注空间、社会关系与活动,主题定位于所见、所听与所想。进一步分析其中30位访谈者文本,探求其绘画样本特征的理论逻辑发现,增强感官体验、获得积极情感体验、增加社交体验、丰富学习体验是儿童博物馆旅游体验的内核特征。基于此,博物馆需要增强沉浸式游览体验,完善养成式游览设计,增加互动式游览活动,丰富浸润式游览氛围。
The“Double Reduction”policy has made the demand for museums as a“second classroom”for students increas‐ingly prominent.Taking Shanghai Children’s Museum as an example,this article explores its unique tourism experience and needs from a child’s perspective using children’s drawing methods along with Grounded theory.The study found that out of 114 drawing samples,features of companions,animals,and interactions were emphasized;the theme of the paintings was about what they saw,heard,and thought,along with a focus on space,social relationships,and activities.Further analysis of textual re‐cords gathered from 30 interviewees showed that children in museum tourism experiences called for enhanced sensory experienc‐es,gain positive emotional experiences,gather social experiences,and enrich learning experiences.Based on these results,while constructing and optimizing a museum,it is necessary to enhance the immersive tour experiences,improve the formative tour design,increase interactive tour activities,and enrich educational tour experiences accordingly.
