摘要
海藻糖为一种性质稳定且不具有还原性的功能糖,具有保护生物活性物质的特殊功能,在各行各业中应用广泛,且具有广阔的发展前景。本文主要综述了目前海藻糖的制备方法和海藻糖的应用研究,探讨了海藻糖的发展动态及应用前景,以供相关人员参考。
Trehalose is a stable and non reducing functional sugar with special functions of protecting bioactive substances.It is widely used in various industries and has broad development prospects.In this paper,the preparation methods of trehalose and the application of trehalose were reviewed,and the development trend and application prospect of trehalose were discussed,for reference by relevant personnel.
