摘要
本次研究总结了建筑工程管理的主要内容和建筑工程施工过程中质量管理的表现特点,分析影响建筑工程质量管理的主要因素和在建筑工程施工过程中开展质量管理的重要作用,探讨了建筑工程施工过程中质量管理存在的主要问题,最后以进一步提高工程建设质量为主要目的,从建筑工程施工过程中质量监管所涉及的工人员管理、建筑材料质量管理、施工技术管理、管理水平施工等方面提出了采取的有效措施,并将提升工程建设的整体品质作为工作目标,期待能在增强建筑项目施工质量监控方面发挥积极作用。
This study summarized the main contents of construction project management and the performance characteristics of quality management in the construction process,analyzed the main factors affecting the management of construction project quality and the important role of quality management in the construction process,and discussed the main problems existing in the quality management in the construction process.Finally,to further improve the quality of engineering construction as the main purpose,from the construction process of quality supervision involved in the management of workers,building materials quality management,The effective measures are put forward in the aspects of construction technology management and management level construction,and the overall quality of engineering construction is taken as the work goal,and it is expected to play an active role in enhancing the construction quality control of construction projects.
