摘要 【目的】解决传统的人工植树方式效率低下、人工作业辛苦且树苗成活率低等问题。【方法】研究小组提出了一种乔木幼苗自动植树机构,主要对抓放苗装置、捧土覆土装置和植苗机驱动方式进行了设计,并通过计算选出了最优型号的传动液压马达,使得植苗机构达到了最佳运行状态。【结果】该乔木幼苗自动植树机具有投放精度高、幼苗存活率高、成本较低的优点,同时能保证较高的种植速度与效率。【结论】本研究对未来乔木幼苗自动植树机以及其他植树机械的设计和发展具有一定的指导作用。 [Objective]Solve the problem of the traditional manual tree planting method is inefficient,laborious,and has a low survival rate of seedlings.[Method]The research group proposed an automatic arbor seedling planting machine,which mainly designed the grasping and releasing device,the soil holding and covering device,and the driving mode of the seedling planting machine.The optimal model of transmission hydraulic motor was selected through calculation,so that the seedling planting mechanism reached the optimal operating state.[Result]The automatic arbor seedling planting machine has the advantages of high placement accuracy,high seedling survival rate and low cost,while ensuring high planting speed and efficiency.[Conclusion]This study has certain guiding significance for the design and development of future automatic arbor seedling planting machines and other tree planting machinery.
