城市地铁小净距大跨度暗挖车站施工技术研究

摘要 在城市地铁施工中,采用平行双洞大跨度、小净距暗挖法施工的车站案例很少,可借鉴的繁华闹市区双线隧道施工案例更少,而重庆轨道交通27号线工程磁器口站是利用该工法施工的先例。磁器口站通过总结、提炼施工经验,形成一套适用于城市复杂环境下双洞小净距、大跨度的暗挖隧道开挖工法和关键技术,该工法解决了施工组织困难的技术难题,可保障隧道施工安全,提高隧道施工质量,能够为我国城市轨道交通暗挖换乘车站、越行车站提供技术经验,并为超大断面暗挖车站施工提供参考。 In urban subway construction,there are few cases of station construction by using parallel double-hole large-span and small clear distance undercutting method,and there are fewer cases with double-line tunnel construction in bustling urban areas that can be used for reference.Ciqikou Station on Chongqing Rail Transit Line 27 is a precedent for using this method for construction.By summarizing and refining the construction experience,Ciqikou Station has formed a set of excavation methods and key technologies suitable for double-hole small clear distance and large-span underground excavation tunnels in complex urban environments.This method solves technical difficulties in construction organization,can ensure the safety of tunnel construction and improve the quality of tunnel construction.It can provide technical experience for underground excavation transfer stations and overtaking stations in urban rail transit transportation in China,and provide reference for the construction of super-large section underground excavation stations.
