摘要
目的探讨精神专科医院针对绩效考核指标采取精细化管理的效果。方法以2022年1—12月常熟市第三人民医院的80名护理工作人员作为研究对象,通过随机抽签方式分组,对照组(40名)采取常规形式绩效考核,观察组(40名)绩效考核指标开展精细化管理,对比两组考核质量、工作积极性评分及满意度。结果观察组考核质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组工作积极性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,观察组护理人员对此次考核工作总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神专科医院针对绩效考核指标采取精细化管理能够有效提高考核质量,激发护理人员工作积极性,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of meticulous management of performance evaluation indicators in psychiatric hospitals.Methods 80 nursing staff from the Changshu City Third People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into groups by random drawing.The control group(40)took routine performance assessment,and the observation group(40)carried out fine management of performance assessment indicators.The assessment quality,work enthusiasm score and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The assessment quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the work enthusiasm scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the total satisfaction rate of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The meticulous management of performance evaluation indicators in psychiatric hospitals can effectively improve the quality of assessment,stimulate the enthusiasm of nursing staff,and improve satisfaction.
