摘要
目的分析检验科实施强化质量控制与管理的影响。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院检验科20名工作人员为研究对象,通过掷硬币法分为普通组和强化组,各10名,前一组行普通管理,后一组行在普通组基础上强化质量控制管理,对比两组管理质量、检验技能、不良事件发生率以及满意率。结果强化组检验科管理质量、技能实施均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。强化组未出现标本污染、仪器故障事件,仅有1.00%的试剂不当发生率,总计不良事件发生率为2.00%,低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化质量控制与管理能减少检验科不良事件,提升检验人员技能,维持高检验满意率,利于检验科相关工作的顺利推进。
Objective To analyze the impact of strengthening quality control and management in laboratory departments.Methods 20 staff members from the clinical laboratory of Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the general group and the intensive group by coin toss,with 10 in each group.The former group received general management,while the latter group received enhanced quality control management based on the general group.The management quality.inspection skills,incidence of adverse events and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The management quality and skill implementation of the laboratory in the intensive group were higher than those in the ordinary group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).No incidents such as sample contamination and instrument failure occurred in the enhanced group,and only 1.00%of the improper reagents occurred,and the total incidence of adverse events was 2.00%,which was lower than that in the common group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening quality control and management can reduce adverse events in the laboratory,improve the skills of inspectors and maintain a high satisfaction rate of inspection,which is conducive to the smooth progress of related work in the laboratory.
