摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年10月于兴化市人民医院呼吸科行无创呼吸机治疗的COPD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者64例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各32例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施舒适护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,研究组遵医治疗、配合检查、配合护理、生理舒适、心理舒适以及环境舒适评分均高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在COPD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗中的应用效果理想,可提升患者依从性、舒适度,减少并发症。
Objective:To explore the application effect of comfort care in noninvasive ventilator therapy of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)associated with typeⅡrespiratory failure.Methods:From January 2021 to October 2022,sixty-four patients with COPD associated with typeⅡrespiratory failure who received noninvasive ventilator therapy in the Respiratory Department of Xinghua City People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional care,and the study group implemented comfort care.The nursing care effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing care,the scores of treatment compliance,adherence to examination,adherence to nursing,physiological comfort,psychological comfort and environmental comfort in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort care has an ideal application effect in noninvasive ventilator therapy of patients with COPD associated with typeⅡrespiratory failure,and can improve the patient's compliance and comfort,and reduce the complications.
