摘要
为降低生产风险,提高生产稳定性,保障供配电系统安全运行,实现能源有效利用,平板玻璃工厂制定了余热发电与油电系统孤岛运行、维护及应急响应措施实践计划,并进行了现场实践。结果发现,在上级电源突然失电时可继续利用余热发电和油电系统供电,无扰动切换电源,保障了生产过程的顺利进行。通过实践该计划,平板玻璃工厂供配电系统的安全性和稳定性得到提高,有效控制了生产过程中的波动和风险,余热发电和油电系统稳定运行实现了能源的有效利用,提高了工厂的经济效益。
In order to reduce production risk,improve stability of production,ensure the safe operation of power supply and distribution system and achieve efficient use of energy in the float glass factory,a practice plan of island operation and maintenance and emergency response for waste heat power generation and oil-electric system has been developed.Through the management of operation and implementation of maintenance and emergency response measures,the stable operations of waste heat power generation and oil-electric system were achieved.Once the power supply fails,waste heat generation and oil-electric systems will immediately switch on to continue power supply so as to ensure the smooth production process.Through the implementation of this practice plan,the safety and stability of the power supply and distribution system in the float glass factory have been improved and fluctuations and risks in the production process have been effectively controlled.Moreover,the stable operation of waste heat power generation and oil-electric system also contributes to the effective use of energy and improves the economic benefit of the float glass factory.
