基于改进Canny算子的断路器操动机构中接线端子松动故障预警研究 被引量:1

Study on Improved Canny Operator-based Prognosis of Terminal Blocks Loose Faults in Circuit Breaker Operating Mechanisms

摘要 断路器操动机构是电力系统的关键设备,接线端子作为断路器操动机构中的核心元器件之一,常常服役于振动的极端运行环境下,长期的振动往往会引起接线端子的性能降低,致使其连接线束脱落而接触不良,严重影响操动机构的分合闸过程。以某型接线端子的间隙距离退化量作为性能参数指标,在图像处理的基础上结合边缘轮廓提取技术,提出了基于改进Canny算子的像素级尺寸测量手段,并对端子松动故障老化时长进行预测。结果表明,通过图像识别出的间隙距离较实际测量值相差0.115 mm,误差在4.1%,图像识别具有较高的准确辨别度;Logistic模型可获得与实际有效值误差不超过1.55 h的松动故障时长预测值,能够及时发现接线端子连接线束松动,实现故障的早期预警。 Circuit breaker operating mechanisms are key equipment in power system.As one of the core components of circuit breaker operating mechanisms,terminal blocks often suffer extreme vibration conditions,and long-term vibration often causes their performance deterioration,resulting in disconnection of connecting bundle and poor contact,seriously affecting break-open process of operating mechanisms.By taking reduction of gap distance as the performance parameter of a certain type of terminal block,and combining image processing with edge contour extraction technology,the present work proposed a pixel-level measurement method for gap distance and performed prediction on aging time of terminal block loose fault.It can be concluded from the results that image recognition has high accuracy in identify gap distance reduction,as the difference between image-recognition-obtained and measured values of gap distance is 0.115 mm with an error of 4.1%.The Logistic model can achieve predicted value of loose fault aging time differed no more than 1.55 h from actual measurement value,and hence can promptly detect loose fault of terminal block′s connecting bundle and realize timely fault prognosis.
