摘要
目的 探讨对慢性乙肝患者采用乙肝两对半和DNA联合检验的诊断价值.方法 选取2021年10月-2022年12月长沙血液中心收集的慢性乙型肝炎患者103例作为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测乙肝两对半反应指标,采用荧光定量PCR法检测患者HBV-DNA水平,统计慢性乙型肝炎患者两对半检测结果和HBV-DNA检测结果,并对HBeAg阳性患者和HBeAg阴性患者肝功能指标进行比较.结果 103例慢性乙型肝炎患者中乙肝两对半检测大三阳31例,占30.10%;小三阳43例,占41.75%;其他29例,占28.16%.HBeAg阳性患者各肝功能指标均高于HBeAg阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).大三阳慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV-DNA水平和阳性率均高于小三阳及其他患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 乙肝两对半和DNA检验在乙肝患者中具有一定诊断价值,可作为慢性乙型肝炎临床诊断依据,为患者治疗提供参考.
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of HBV two-half and DNA combined test in patients with hepatitis B.Methods A total of 103 patients with chronic hepatitis B collected by our center from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect HBV-DNA levels,and quantitative fluorescent PCR was used to detect HBV-DNA levels.The results of two-half test and HBV-DNA test in chronic hepatitis B patients were analyzed,and the liver function indexes of HBeAg-positive patients and HBeAg-negative patients were compared.Results In 103 patients with chronic hepatitis B,31 cases(30.10%)were detected by double and half hepatitis B.43 cases of minor Sanyang(41.75%);the other 29 cases,accounting for 28.16%.The liver function indexes of HBeAg-positive patients were higher than those of HBeAg-negative patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HBV-DNA level and positive rate of chronic hepatitis B patients were higher than those of Xiaosanyang and other patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HBV two-half and DNA test has a certain diagnostic value in patients with hepatitis B,and can be used as a clinical diagnosis basis for chronic hepatitis B,and provide a reference for the treatment of patients.
