摘要
目的 探究脾胃湿热型慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者应用半夏莪术消痞汤的治疗效果和对胃肠激素水平的影响.方法 此次研究选取武进中医医院在2022年1月-2023年7月医治的脾胃湿热型慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为两个组别,即对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30).对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组实施半夏莪术消痞汤治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、治疗效果、胃肠激素水平.结果 治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05).观察组治疗效果(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异显著(P<0.05).对比胃肠激素水平,治疗后观察组胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)水平高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05).结论 脾胃湿热型慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者应用半夏莪术消痞汤治疗效果较为显著,能够缓解临床症状,改善胃肠激素水平,值得在治疗方案中推广以及实施.
Objective To explore the effect of Banxia Ezhu Xiaopi decoction on the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach dampness heat type and its impact on gastrointestinal hormone levels.Method In this study,60 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach damp-heat treated in our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method:control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Ezhu Xiaopi decoction.The TCM syndrome score,therapeutic effect and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of control group(73.33%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,motilin(MOT)and gastrin(GAS)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When treating patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach dampness heat type,the treatment with Banxia Ezhu Xiaopi decoction has a significant effect,can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,and is worth promoting and implementing in the treatment plan.
