摘要
女性三联征的概念首先由仝小林教授提出,女性三联征是对甲状腺结节、乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤三病的概括,三种疾病都属于内分泌疾病,多见于女性,临床治疗中三种疾病常相继或两种疾病合并出现。通过对近年来文献进行分析,总结出中西医对女性三联征病因的认识、治疗方法的综合描述。西医对女性三联征的认识多和内分泌水平及激素有关,因此在治疗上也以调节激素水平和手术治疗为主;中医对三病的认识多从脏腑、经络、体质出发,以“异病同治”为理念,从中药复方、中成药、针灸等方面入手,且疗效显著。中西医治疗在女性三联征中相辅相成,获得了良好的疗效。
The concept of female triad was first proposed by Prof.Xiaolin Tong.The female triad is a generalization of thyroid nodules,breast hyperplasia and uterine fibroids which belong to endocrine diseases and are mostly seen in women,and the three diseases often appear successively or in combination with the two diseases in clinical treatment.By analyzing the recent literature,we summarized the comprehensive descriptions of Chinese and Western medicine on the etiology and treatment of female triad.In Western medicine,the understanding of female triad syndrome is mostly related to endocrine level and hormone,so the treatment is mainly based on hormone level regulation and surgery;in Chinese medicine,the understanding of the three diseases is mostly based on the internal organs,meridians and constitution,and the concept of"treating different diseases with the same treatment",and the treatment is effective from compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicines,proprietary Chinese medicines and acupuncture.Chinese and Western medicine treatments complement each other in the female triad,and have achieved good results.
