摘要
为稳定边疆,实现长治久安,元朝根据边疆地区各民族情况,推行土司制度。广西,作为我国地方一级行政区划的专有名称始于元朝。元朝对广西少数民族的政策,以“华夷无间”“因俗而治”为价值取向。系统梳理元朝广西地方秩序的重塑与社会变迁,可以发现,元朝对广西的管辖和经营,具有以下政治效能和基本特征:第一,把广西区域的政治、经济、军事诸方面资源进行整合,逐渐纳入国家制度化轨道,有利于稳定边疆和规范秩序;第二,元朝用土司治理地方,增强国家认同,凝聚力量,使广西区域得到较好的开发,向统一的多民族国家深入治理地方又迈出了重要一步;第三,“大一统”格局下,元朝对土司区域的治理,进一步推动了中华各民族之间的交融。
In order to stabilize the border area and achieve long-term peace and stability,the Yuan Dynasty carried out the system of the chieftain according to the situation of various ethnic groups in the border area.Guangxi,as the proper name of China's local level administrative division,began in the Yuan Dynasty.The policy of the Yuan Dynasty towards the minorities in Guangxi was based on the value orientation of"Huayi undivided"and"rule by custom".By systematically combing the remodeling of local order and social changes in Guangxi in the Yuan Dynasty,it can be found that the administration and management of Guangxi in the Yuan Dynasty had the following political effectiveness and basic characteristics.First,it is conducive to stabilizing the border area and standardizing the order to integrate the political,economic and military resources of Guangxi and gradually bring them into the national institutionalized track;Second,taking an important step towards the unified multi-ethnic country to deeply govern the local areas,the Yuan Dynasty used the chieftain to govern the local areas,enhance the national identity,gather strength,make the Guangxi region get better development;Third,under the pattern of"great unity",the Yuan Dynasty governance of the chieftain region further promoted the integration of all ethnic groups in China.
