摘要
目的:观察睡眠障碍性呼吸对老年脑梗死患者血压变异性以及短期预后的影响。方法:选取2020年4月至2023年4月福建省南安市医院八病区收治的老年脑梗死患者33例作为对照组。选取同期老年脑梗死合并睡眠障碍性呼吸患者32例作为观察组。观察2组血压变异性以及短期预后。结果:观察组全天收缩压标准差及血压变异系数高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生命质量感受、健康状况感受、生理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:睡眠障碍性呼吸会影响老年脑梗死患者血压变异性,并且还会导致患者预后下降。
Objective:To observe the impact of sleep disordered breathing on blood pressure variability and short-term prognosis in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Thirty three elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the control group.Select the data of 32 elderly patients with cerebral infarction combined with sleep disordered breathing during the same period as the observation group.Observe blood pressure variability and short-term prognosis in both groups.Results:The standard deviation and coefficient of variation of systolic blood pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower scores in terms of perceived quality of life,health status,physiological,social relations,and environmental aspects compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with cerebral infarction,sleep disordered breathing will affect blood pressure variability and also lead to a decrease in patient prognosis.
