摘要
目的:探究标准化护理在ICU呼吸机患者中的应用成效及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年3月福建省医科大学附属第一医院泉港总医院重症医学科收治的ICU呼吸机使用患者119例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=59)和观察组(n=60)。对照组患者接受ICU呼吸机常规护理,观察组患者接受标准化护理,比较2组患者相关性肺炎发生率、治疗时间指标(包括相关性肺炎发生时间、机械通气时间、RICU治疗时间等)及患者睡眠质量。结果:护理后,观察组应用呼吸机期间出现相关性肺炎的概率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组出现相关性肺炎的时间长于对照组,而机械通气的时间及RICU治疗时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组睡眠质量均有改善,且观察组改善情况更优(P<0.05)。结论:标准化护理有利于降低ICU呼吸机使用患者在治疗期间出现相关性肺炎概率,促进其康复进程,有助于改善其群体的睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing in ICU patients with ventilators and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 119 patients with ICU ventilator admitted to Department of Critical Care Medicine,Quangang General Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2019 to March 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,59 patients in the control group received routine care of ICU ventilator,and 60 patients in the observation group received standardized care.The incidence of associated pneumonia and treatment time indexes(including:Occurrence time of associated pneumonia,mechanical ventilation time,RICU treatment time,etc.) and sleep quality of patients.Results:After standardized nursing,the probability of associated pneumonia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of occurrence of associated pneumonia in observation group was longer than that in control group,while the time of mechanical ventilation and RICU treatment were shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of both groups was improved,and the improvement of observation group was better(P<0.05) after treatment.Conclusion:Standardized nursing is beneficial to reduce the probability of associated pneumonia in ICU ventilator patients during treatment,promote the rehabilitation process of patients,and help improve the sleep quality of patients.
