石梁河水库浮游植物功能群的生态特征及其对水环境质量的指示 被引量:4

摘要 本研究于2022年冬季、春季、夏季和秋季对石梁河水库的浮游植物群落结构进行了调查,并分析了浮游植物功能群的变化规律及其与环境因子的关系。结果表明,全年共调查到浮游植物7门91种(属)。水库浮游植物可分为23个功能群,功能群J、E出现的频率较高,而优势功能群为W1、Y和B。浮游植物功能群与环境因子间的冗余分析(RDA)和Pearson相关分析结果表明,水温(WT)、总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)是石梁河水库浮游植物功能群群落结构演替的主要影响因子,而各主要功能群又受到各种环境因素的影响。根据浮游藻类功能群落构建的生态指标(Q),石梁河库区整体生态状况属于中等水平。此外,有2/3的优势功能群适宜生境为中度到重度富营养水体,表明石梁河水库仍处于中度到重度富营养状态。 In this study,the phytoplankton community structure of Shilianghe Reservoir was investigated quarterly in 2022,followed by the analysis of phytoplankton functional groups(FGs)variation pattern and their relation with environmental factors.It aimed to reveal the phytoplankton FGs characteristics and the environmental status they reflected in Shilianghe Reservoir.The results showed that a total of 91 phytoplankton species were identified,belonging to 7 phyla,with dominance by Chlorophyta,Diatoma and Cyanophyta.There were 23 phytoplankton functional groups were observed during this investigation,J and E appeared most frequently,and W1,Y and B were the dominant FGs.Based on RDA and Pearson correlation analysis,it was found that WT,TN and TP were the main factors influencing phytoplankton function groups in Shilianghe Reservoir.Ecological index(Q)based on phytoplankton FGs also indicated that the ecological status of Shilianghe Reservoir was of middle level.In addition,2/3 of the dominant functional groups are suitable habitats for moderately to severely eutrophic water bodies,indicating that the Shilianghe Reservoir is still in a moderately to severely eutrophic state.
