摘要
农村集体资产交易管理目前处于法律空白期,交易活动缺乏法律规范和支持。本文从交易实践出发,分析了广州农村集体资产交易现行制度的不足,跳出价格最高就是经济收益最大化的思维定势,综合考量当下利益的价格指标和长远发展的质量指标,从坚持公开透明兼顾效率质量的角度提出对策建议。
The management of rural collective asset trading is currently in a legal gap period,and trading activities lack legal norms and support.Starting from trading practice,this article analyzes the shortcomings of the current system of collective asset trading in rural areas of Guangzhou.It breaks away from the mindset that the highest price is the maximization of economic benefits,and comprehensively considers the price indicators of current interests and the quality indicators of long-term development.From the perspective of adhering to openness and transparency while balancing efficiency and quality,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
