摘要
目的分析手术室感染管理中行动研究法的应用效果。方法收集2020年1~12月手术的6466例患者作对照组,感染管理中采取传统管理措施;收集2021年1~12月手术的6466例患者作观察组,采取行动研究法,对比2组医护人员感染防控的知信行水平、感染管理效果、消毒合格情况及感染发生情况。结果加强感染管理后,观察组医护人员感染防控的知信行水平分数为(106.08±9.31)分,高于对照组的(92.96±10.55)分(P<0.05);观察组的医疗废物处理、物品药品管理、器械管理、环境消毒清洁、职业防护及安全管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组无菌物品、医护人员手卫生、物品表面、手术室空气、使用中消毒剂的采样合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术切口感染率是1.23‰,低于对照组的2.62‰(P<0.05)。结论手术室感染管理中行动研究法的应用效果显著,可提升医护人员感染防控的知信行水平、感染管理效果及消毒合格水平,并且降低感染的发生率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the action research method on the management of infection in the operating room.Methods A total of 6466 patients who underwent surgery from January 2020 to December 2020 were collected in the control group,and intervened by traditional management measures in infection management.The other 6466 patients who underwent surgery from January 2021 to December 2021 were collected in the observation group,and the action research method was implemented.The knowledge,belief,and practice levels of infection prevention and control,infection management effects,disinfection qualifications,and infection occurrences among medical staff in the two groups were compared.Results After strengthening infection management,the score of knowledge,belief,and behavioRof medical staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group([106.08±9.31]points vs[92.96±10.55]points,P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of medical waste treatment,article and drug management,equipment management,environmental disinfection and cleaning,occupational protection and safety management were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the sampling qualification rates of sterile items,hand hygiene of medical staff,item surface,operating room aiRand disinfectant used were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the infection rate of surgical incision was significantly lower than that of the control group(1.23‰vs 2.62‰,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the action research method to the management of infection in the operating room has a significant effect,which can improve the knowledge,belief,and practice of infection prevention and control among medical staff,the effect of infection management,and the qualified level of disinfection,as well as reduce the incidence of infection.
