摘要
对汽轮机转子的冷态启动过程进行分析,编制对流换热系数计算程序并建立转子二维轴对称模型,应用有限元法模拟了转子冷态启动过程中的瞬态温度场和应力场,得到了转子温度场和应力场分布以及随时间的变化规律。通过对不同温升率下转子的应力场计算以及寿命损耗分析,得出了合理的温升率数值,优化了机组启动曲线,对汽轮机的长期安全运行具有实际意义。
The cold startup process of steam turbine rotor was analyzed.The calculation program of convective heat transfer coefficient was compiled and the two-dimensional axisymmetric model of rotor was established.The transient temperature field and stress field during the cold startup process of rotor were simulated by finite element method.The distribution of temperature field and stress field and its variation with time were obtained.Through the stress field calculation and life loss analysis of the rotor under different temperature rise rates,a reasonable temperature rise rate value was obtained,and the start-up curve was optimized,which has practical significance for the long-term safe operation of the steam turbine.
