摘要
分析预见性护理用于阴道分娩产后出血护理工作的应用效果。选取绥阳县人民医院2021年11月—2022年11月收治的阴道分娩产妇120例作为研究对象,将产妇随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取预见性护理,分析预见性护理在产后出血护理中的应用效果。研究发现,为阴道分娩产妇实施预见性护理干预,能够有效减少产妇产后出血量,产妇对护理的满意度和配合度明显提高,从而保障了妊娠结局,提高了阴道分娩产妇的睡眠质量。
This paper analyzed the application effect of predictive nursing in the care of postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery.120 vaginal delivery women admitted to The People’s Hospital of Suiyang from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The women were randomly divided into two groups,with the control group receiving routine care and the experimental group receiving predictive care.The application effect of predictive care in postpartum hemorrhage care was analyzed.Research has found that implementing predictive nursing interventions for vaginal delivery mothers can effectively reduce postpartum bleeding,and their satisfaction with nursing care is also significantly improved,thereby ensuring pregnancy outcomes and promoting sleep quality for vaginal delivery mothers.
