基于线路级能量管理系统的列车柔性过分相电压控制仿真研究

摘要 针对列车过分相时分相区两端压差过大导致受电弓拉弧、危害列车行车安全的问题,文章提出了一种基于能量管理系统(energy management system,EMS)的柔性过分相电压控制系统。该系统通过采集牵引网状态信息获取电压控制指令来控制能量调度装置(energy dispatching equipment,EDE),以实现分区所两端的电压平衡,保证列车平稳过分相。文章介绍了该系统电压调节的原理,并针对重庆轨道交通15号线交流供电系统搭建EMS调压系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,基于EMS的柔性过分相电压控制系统能够降低分区所两端电压差20%以上,有效地控制了分区所两端电压的平衡,该结果充分验证了所提控制系统的有效性和可行性。 In order to solve the issue of pantograph arcing on trains passing through neutral sections caused by excessive pressure differentials between both ends of these sections,a safety concern for train operation,this paper presents a voltage control system for flexible neutral section passing based on the line-level energy management system(EMS).The system obtains voltage control commands to control the energy dispatching equipment(EDE)by collecting the status information of the traction network,thereby achieving voltage balance between both ends to ensure smooth passage of trains through neutral sections.This study explored the principle of voltage regulation.A model for EMS voltage regulation was built to simulate the AC power supply system of Chongqing Rail Transit(CRT)Line 15.The simulation revealed that voltage control based on EMS effectively maintained voltage balance by reducing the voltage difference across neutral section ends by more than 20%.This study finding substantiates the efficacy and feasibility of the proposed control system.
