摘要
目的:分析高通量透析器在终末期肾脏病(End-Stage renal disease,ESRD)血液透析治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月~10月92例在本院接受血液透析治疗的ESRD患者为研究对象,以电脑随机数字表法分为参照组、研究组,各46例,参照组采用常规透析治疗,研究组应用高通量透析器进行高通量透析治疗,观察两组患者肾功能、炎症及代谢指标、生活质量。结果:治疗前,两组患者SCr、BUN相近(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者SCr、BUN仍无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者IL-6、hs-CRP、Ca、P、iPTH相近(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者IL-6、hs-CRP、P、iPTH低于参照组(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗后的Ca水平仍然相近(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者SF-36评分相近(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者SF-36评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用高通量透析器透析治疗ESRD优于常规透析治疗,能够减少炎症介质,促进P、iPTH代谢,提升患者生活质量。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of high throughput dialyzer in hemodialysis treatment of end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods:From January to October 2022,92 ESRD patients receiving hemodialysis treatment in our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into the reference group and the study group by computer random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional dialysis treatment,and the study group received high-throughput dialysis treatment with high-throughput dialyzer.Renal function,inflammatory and metabolic indexes and quality of life were observed in 2 groups.Results:Before treatment,SCr and BUN in 2 groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in SCr and BUN in the study group(P>0.05).Before treatment,IL-6,hs-CRP,Ca,P and iPTH in 2 groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-6,hs-CRP,P and iPTH in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05),but Ca levels in the two groups were still similar(P>0.05).Before treatment,SF-36 scores in 2 groups were similar(P>0.05);After treatment,SF-36 scores in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ESRD with high-throughput dialyzer is better than conventional dialysis,which can reduce inflammatory mediators,promote the metabolism of P and iPTH,and improve the quality of life of patients.
