摘要
针对轨道交通网络化运营下日益增长的运营安全保障与应急管理压力,通过分析和调研轨道交通的应急痛点以及日常运营中遇到的棘手问题,对轨道交通数字化应急预案的功能和场景进行了研究和设计,并提出了建设过程中的难点和痛点,从而有效地完善城市轨道交通运营突发事件处置工作机制,提升应急处置效率,保障地铁安全、稳定的运营。
In response to the increasing pressure of operational safety assurance and emergency management under the networked operation of rail transit,the functions and scenarios of digital emergency plans for rail transit are studied and designed through analysis and research on the emergency pain points of rail transit and the thorny problems encountered in daily operations.The difficulties and pain points in the construction process are proposed,thereby effectively improving the mechanism for handling urban rail transit operational emergencies,and it improves the efficiency of emergency response and ensures the safe and stable operation of the subway.
