鱼腥草主要成分为挥发油、黄酮类、生物碱及维生素等,具有抗病毒、抗菌、抗炎和免疫调节等功效。鱼腥草作为饲料添加剂,可提高饲料转化率,提升家禽生产性能,增强免疫功能,促进家禽生长发育,改善机体健康。文章综述了鱼腥草的生物学功能、作用机制及其作为饲料添加剂在家禽养殖中的应用,以期为鱼腥草应用于家禽生产及疾病防治提供参考。
The main components of Houttuynia cordata include volatile oils,flavonoids,alkaloids,vitamins,etc.It possesses effects such as antiviral,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and immune-regulating properties.As a feed additive,Houttuynia cordata can improve feed conversion rates,enhance poultry production performance,boost immune function,promote poultry growth and development,and improve overall health.The article reviews the biological functions,mechanisms,and applications of Houttuynia cordata as a feed additive in poultry farming.The aim is to provide references for the application of Houttuynia cordata in poultry production and disease prevention.
