摘要
开展新工科视域下通信工程拔尖人才培养已经成为我国解决“卡脖子”问题的重要途径之一。西北工业大学电子信息学院面向国家重大需求,注重人才的基础能力、工程实践能力培养,以实际需求为牵引,将工程应用环节的“目标点”对应知识结构的“知识点”,融入专业核心课程,培养“重基础、强应用”新工科拔尖人才,为信息与通信工程拔尖人才培养改革提供借鉴与参考。
The cultivation of top talents in communication engineering under the perspective of a new engineering discipline has become one of the important ways to solve the problem of"necklace"in China.Facing the national major demand,School of Electronics and Information Technology of Northwestern Polytechnical University pays attention to the cultivation of talents'basic ability and engineering practice ability,takes the actual demand as the guide,and puts the"target point"of the engineering application link corresponding to the"knowledge point"of the knowledge structure into the core curriculum of the specialty,so as to cultivate the top talents with"solid foundation,strong application ability"in the new engineering discipline,providing a reference for the reform of cultivation of information and communication engineering talents.
