摘要
肺磨玻璃结节是一种重要的肺部影像学表现,近年来在肺部疾病筛查、诊断和治疗领域引起了广泛关注。肺磨玻璃结节病因复杂,影像学表现形式多样,诊疗困难,其良恶性的鉴别对于临床治疗和随访决策具有关键意义。随着医学影像技术的不断进步,肺磨玻璃结节的筛查、诊断和治疗方法也在不断发展。胸部高分辨率CT和其他影像学方法的应用,使得肺磨玻璃结节能够更准确地被检测和分析。临床指南的制定进一步规范了结节的评估和处理,为临床医师提供了明确的指导。早期发现和准确诊断肺磨玻璃结节,能够帮助医师及时采取适当的治疗措施,提高患者的生活质量和生存率。同时,结节的研究也为了解肺部疾病的发展机制提供了线索,为新的治疗方法和药物研发提供了基础。
Pulmonary ground-glass nodules(GGN)are important pulmonary imaging manifestation,which has attracted extensive attention in the field of screening,diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases in recent years.The diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary ground-glass nodule is difficult due to the complex etiology and various imaging manifestations.The differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary ground-glass nodule is of key significance for clinical treatment and follow-up decision-making.With the continuous progress of medical imaging technology,the screening,diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary GGN are also developing.The application of high-resolution chest CT and other imaging methods makes it possible to detect and analyze pulmonary GGN more accurately.The development of clinical guidelines has further standardized the evaluation and management of nodules and provided clear guidance for clinicians.Early detection and accurate diagnosis of pulmonary GGN can help physicians to take appropriate treatment measures in time and improve the quality of life and survival rate of patients.At the same time,the study of nodules also provides clues to understand the development mechanism of pulmonary diseases,and provides a basis for the development of new treatment methods and drugs.
