摘要
目的探究苍附导痰汤对痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者相关指标及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取71例痰湿型PCOS患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组(35例)及研究组(36例)。两组均采用常规药物治疗,在此基础上,对照组服用安慰剂,研究组服用苍附导痰方颗粒。比较两组患者的相关指标及妊娠率。结果治疗后,研究组各临床指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床妊娠率为47.22%,高于对照组的31.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苍附导痰汤可改善痰湿型PCOS患者的痰湿症状,提高临床妊娠率。
Objective To investigate the effects of cangfu daotan decoction on related indexes and pregnancy outcomes in patients with phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome(PCoS).Methods 71 patients with phlegm-dampness PCOS were selected and divided into control group(35 cases)and study group(36 cases)according to random drawing method.Both groups were treated with conventional drugs.On this basis,the control group received placebo and the study group received Cangfu Daotanfang Granules.The relative indexes and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical indicator levels in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate of the study group was 47.22%,which was higher than 31.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion cangfu daotan decoction can improve the phlegm-dampness symptoms of patients with phlegm-dampness PCoOS and increase the clinical pregnancy rate.
