摘要
目的 探讨疏风解毒胶囊在隔离观察下对奥密克戎无症状感染者及轻型患者舌象变化特征的影响。方法采取前瞻性研究设计随机对照试验研究设计的方法,将2022年5月1日—2022年5月31日上海崇明岛复兴馆方舱医院收集的100例奥密克戎无症状感染者及轻型患者分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组给予疏风解毒胶囊服用,同时给予患者隔离观察和常规护理,对照组患者给予隔离观察和常规护理。两组均观察治疗前及治疗后第3天(第1疗程)、第6天(第2疗程)的舌象变化与病情的变化,并对舌象与疗效进行分析。结果 治疗后第3天、第6天时,试验组在淡白舌的恢复效果上较对照组明显;试验组苔色(第3天、第6天)、苔质(第3天、第6天)及六经(第6天)较治疗前分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组苔色(第6天)、苔质(第6天)及六经(第6天)分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组虽均有改善,但试验组改善情况显著优于对照组;对照组苔色(第3天)、苔质(第3天)及六经(第6天)分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),较治疗前无显著性改善。住院期间所有患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论疏风解毒胶囊治疗奥密克戎无症状感染者及轻型患者在舌象及六经分布的改善情况优于对照组,尤以治疗后第6天时改善更加明显,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the effects of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules(疏风解毒胶囊)on the characteristics of tongue changes from the patients with Omicron asymptomatic infection and mild infection under isolation observation.Methods 100 cases of asymptomatic and mild infection with Omicron were collected from May 1,2022 to May 31,2022 in Fuxingguan Fangcang hospital on Shanghai Chongming island.The patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the principles of regression analysis of case-cohort studies.Each group consisted of 50 patients.The treatment group was given Shufeng Jiedu Capsules and received routine nursing care services under isolation observation;the control group was provided with routine nursing care services under isolation observation.The changes of tongue images and patients'conditions during before treatment and the 3rd day(the first phase of treatment)and during the 6th day(the second phase of treatment)were observed in both groups.The changes in the tongue images and clinical conditions were analyzed.The curative effect was assessed.Results On the 3rd day and 6th day after treatment,the recovery effect of the white tongue in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group and was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05);the distribution of the color of tongue coating(6 days),the quality of tongue coating(6 days)and six meridians(6 days)in the control group was significantly different(P<0.05).But notably more improvement was observed in the experimental group than in the control group;there was no remarkable change in the distribution of the color of tongue coating(3 days),the quality of tongue coating(3 days)and six meridians(6 days)in the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant improvement,compared with patients'condition before treatment.None of the patients experienced serious adverse events during hospitalization.Conclusion The treatment with the Shufeng Jiedu Capsules for the patients suffered from asymptomatic infection and mild infection with Omicron in the experimental group was more effective than the treatment without it for the patients in the control group based on the improvement of tongue images and distribution of six meridians.According to the changes occurred after 6 days of treatment,the improvement was more obvious.The Shufeng Jiedu Capsules was proved to be clinically safe.
