摘要
目的通过调查问卷对某高校大学新生口腔健康宣教前后口腔知信行情况进行比较,分析线上线下融合宣教模式对大学生口腔健康的认知效果。方法将341名大一新生随机整群分为研究组170人和对照组171人,对照组171人单纯采用线上宣教模式,研究组170人开展线上宣教的同时进行每月一次线下专业讲座,4个月后进行同一问卷调查,比较2组口腔健康知信行情况的变化。结果宣教后研究组口腔健康知识得分(32分)、态度得分(16分)、行为得分(40分)和知信行总分为(84分),分别高于对照组的24、12、28、60分,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001);除对照组态度得分外,2组口腔健康知识、态度、行为及KAP总分在宣教前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“线上+线下”融合口腔健康宣教模式能更好地提升大学生口腔健康知信行水平。
Objective To investigate the oral health knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)of freshmen before and after oral health education in a university through a questionnaire,and to analyze the cognitive effect of the online and offline integrated education mode on the oral health of college students.Methods A total of 341 freshmen were randomly divided into a study group of 170 and a control group of 171.The control group only used the online education mode,while the study group adopted online education and conducted monthly offline professional lectures.Four months later,the same questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the changes in oral health KAP between the two groups.Results The scores of oral health knowledge(32 points),attitude(16 points),practice(40 points)and total(80 points)in the study group were higher than those in the control group:24 points,12 points,28 points,and 60 points respectively,with statistically sig⁃nificant differences(P<0.001).Except for the attitude scores of the control group,there were statistically significant differenc⁃es before and after the education in oral health KAP and total scores of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The“online+offline”integrated oral health education model can better improve the level of oral health KAP of college students.
