摘要
介绍万冬桂教授基于“阳化气,阴成形”思想治疗女性腺体结节的临床经验。万冬桂教授认为,甲状腺、乳腺结节、子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿等常见女性腺体结节呈高度相关性,其发生的核心病机为阳化气不足,阴成形太过。提出温补阳气以疗其本,疏肝理气以治其因,化痰散瘀以顾其标为基本治法,随证加减。温补阳气常选金匮肾气丸、右归丸等化裁;疏肝理气常用柴胡、枳壳、郁金、香附等味;化痰散瘀常用瓜蒌皮-猫爪草-山慈菇角药以化痰,川芎、石见穿以化瘀,痰瘀胶着者,酌情加以虫类药物。常收良效。
This paper introduces Professor WAN Donggui's clinical experience in treating female glandular nodules based on the idea of "yang transforming into qi,while yin constituting form".Professor WAN Donggui believes that thyroid,breast nodules,uterine fibroids,ovarian cysts and other common female gland nodules are highly correlated,whose core pathogenesis is insufficient transformation of yang into qi,and qi constituting form too much.WAN puts forward the basic treatment of warming and supplementing yang qi to cure its root,soothing the liver and rectifying qi to cure its cause,and dissolving phlegm and dissipating stasis to treat the branch,and is modified according to different syndromes.To warm and supplement yang qi,Jingui Shenqi Pills and Yougui Pills are often used and modified.To soothe the liver and rectify qi,Bupleuri Radix,Aurantii Fructus,Curcumae Radix and Cyperi Rhizoma are often used.To dissolve phlegm and dissipate stasis,triple medicine of Trichosanthis Pericarpium-Ranunculi Ternati Radix-Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulus are often used as to dissolve phlegm,and Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Salviae Chinensis Herba are used to dissolve stasis;and if phlegm blended with stasis,worm medicinals are used as appropriate.The above treatment often leads to a great therapeutic effect.
