摘要
针对现有渗漏油检测方法的缺陷,基于绝缘油具有荧光效应这一特性,提出了一种结合普通图谱和荧光图谱的绝缘油渗漏检测预警方法。具体是先通过普通光源照射目标区域,以检测目标区域是否存在异常,然后通过荧光光源照射目标区域,若检测到荧光图谱,则向外界发出包括但不限于发声、放光等警报信息。警报又可以根据绝缘油渗漏速度划分为多个警报等级,以方便操作人员根据警报等级采取相应的应对措施。该方法能够实现实时监测绝缘油渗漏情况,并在电力变压器发生绝缘油微小渗漏时,向外进行提示预警,从而有效保障电力变压器的安全可靠运行。
Aiming at the defects of existing oil leakage detection methods,this paper proposed an early warning method combined common atlas and fluorescence atlas related to detection of insulating oil leakage based on the characteristic that insulating oil had fluorescence effect.First,the target area was illuminated by ordinary light source to detect whether there was any abnormality in the target area.If the fluorescence pattern was detected,it would send out alarm information including but not limited to sound and light.The alarm could be divided into multiple alarm levels according to the insulating oil leakage rate,so that the operator could take corresponding response measures according to the alarm level.This method could realize real-time monitoring of insulating oil leakage,and give warning when the insulating oil leakage occurred,so as to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of power transformers effectively.
