摘要
ChatGPT类作为新一代人工智能技术的典型代表,给教育教学带来了机遇与挑战。然而,如何设计基于ChatGPT类的教学活动以满足在线学习中改善情绪体验和促进认知学习的双重新需求尚未被讨论。基于此,首先梳理文本对话机器人的技术发展脉络,归纳ChatGPT类的特征;并在已有研究的基础上解读教学代理的内涵。随后,基于认知科学、情绪科学等理论的视角,审视ChatGPT类在提升社会存在感、唤醒积极情绪和调节消极情绪方面的不足,并说明教学代理的优势;系统回顾教学代理对话技术的实然困境,分析其带来的个性化认知交互问题和消极情绪问题,并阐述ChatGPT类的优势。继而,设计ChatGPT类耦合教学代理的教学应用路径:为教学活动实施提供社会线索、拟人对话、情绪线索、情绪调节等技术支撑,并在课前、课中、课后的教学活动中扮演教师角色,以满足在线学习中改善情绪体验和促进认知学习的双重新需求。
As a typical representative of the new generation of artificial intelligence,ChatGPT class brings opportunities and challenges to education and teaching.However,how to design teaching activities based on ChatGPT class to meet the dual new needs of improving e-motional experience and promoting cognitive learning in online learning has not been discussed yet.Based on this,first sort out the techno-logical development of text dialogue robots and summarize the characteristics of ChatGPT class;And based on existing research,interpret the connotation of pedagogical agent.Subsequently,from the perspectives of cognitive science,emotional science,and other theories,ex-amine the shortcomings of ChatGPT class in enhancing social presence,awakening positive emotions,and regulating negative emotions,and explain the advantages of pedagogical agent;Systematically review the practical dfficulties of pedagogical agent dialogue technology,analyze the personalized cognitive interaction problems and negative emotional problems it brings,and explain the advantages of ChatGPT class.On this basis,design teaching application path:ChatGPT class coupled pedagogical agents provide technical support for the implementation of teaching activities,including social cues,anthropomorphic dialogues,emotional cues,and emotional regulation,and play the role of a teacher in teaching activities before,during,and after class to meet the dual new needs of improving emotional experiences and promoting cognitive leaning in online learning.
