摘要
为解决农村生态环境污染问题,在乡村振兴视域下,针对农村环境污染物排放提出控制与治理措施。农村生态环境污染最严重的是土壤、河道和大气,究其原因是农药、化肥和薄膜的使用、畜禽粪便没有完善的处理系统、秸秆焚烧和生活垃圾焚烧、煤炭燃烧。对此提出控制和治理措施:禁止焚烧秸秆和生活垃圾、增设污水处理措施、加强垃圾处理措施,从源头控制污染物的排放;大力推动新型农业的发展、禁止散煤的使用,对污染的农村生态环境进行治理。利用所提措施对某村庄治理一段时间后,河道、土壤、大气环境质量均得到了有效提升。
To solve the problem of rural ecological environment pollution,control and governance measures are proposed for the emission of rural environmental pollutants from the perspective of rural revitalization.The most severe ecological environment pollution in rural areas is caused by the use of pesticides,fertilizers,and films,incomplete treatment systems for livestock and poultry manure,straw and household waste incineration,and coal combustion.The study proposes control and governance measures including prohibit the burning of straw and household waste,add sewage treatment measures,strengthen garbage treatment measures,and control the discharge of pollutants from the source.The paper promotes the development of new agriculture,prohibits the use of loose coal to control the polluted rural ecological environment.After using the proposed measures to treat a certain village for a period of time,the quality of the river,soil,and atmospheric environment has been effectively improved.
