摘要
为保障医疗活动的顺利进行,践行“健康中国”战略,构建医患命运共同体显得尤为重要。从情感依赖、利益共生、权责对等3个维度分析突发公共卫生事件期间医患关系的特点及表现,依据行为管理理论、行政生态学理论等公共管理理论,剖析突发公共卫生事件期间医患命运共同体形成的根源。提出构建医患命运共同体需加强医患双方有效沟通,促进医患双方形成情感共同体;坚持推进医疗卫生供给侧改革,形成供求共同体;持续深化医疗卫生体制改革,平衡医患双方利益,形成利益共同体。
In order to ensure the smooth progress of medical activities,implementing"Healthy China"strategy and building a community of destiny for doctors and patients is particularly important.The characteristics and performance of the doctor-patient relationship during COVID-19 epidemic are analyzed from the dimensions of emotional dependence,symbiosis of interests,and rights and responsibilities.According to behavior management theory,administrative ecology theory,etc.,the root cause of the formation of the community of destiny between doctors and patients is analyzed.Furthermore,it is necessary to strengthen effective communication between doctors and patients and promote the formation of an emotional community between doctors and patients;persist in promoting the supply-side reform of medical and health care,and form a community of supply and demand;continuously deepen the reform of the medical and health system,balance the interests of both doctors and patients,and form a community of interests.
