摘要
文章针对五家沟煤矿15301辅运巷道老窑采空区内巷道变形破坏严重的问题,通过巷道智能矿压动态监测系统获取锚杆压力和巷道表面位移数据,进而分析了15301辅运巷道老窑采空区内外锚杆压力和巷道变形特征。研究发现,老窑采空区内巷道锚杆压力普遍高于老窑采空区外的锚杆,且巷道整体变形率更高。同时,老窑采空区内外锚杆压力均表现出顶部区域高于巷道两帮,且矿压测站距离工作面的距离越近,锚杆压力值越小。最后,基于巷道矿压显现特征提出巷道支护优化方案,现场应用后围岩控制效果较好。
This article focuses on the serious deformation and damage of the roadway in the mining area of the 15301 auxiliary transportation roadway in Wujiagou Coal Mine.Through the intelligent mine pressure dynamic monitoring system of the roadway,the anchor rod pressure and roadway surface displacement data are obtained,and then the internal and external anchor rod pressure and roadway deformation characteristics in the mining area of the 15301 auxiliary transportation roadway are analyzed.Research has found that the pressure of anchor rods in the roadway within the mining area is generally higher than that outside the mining area,and the overall deformation rate of the roadway is higher.At the same time,the pressure of the anchor rods inside and outside the mining area shows that the top area is higher than the two sides of the roadway,and as the distance between the mining pressure measurement station and the working face becomes closer,the pressure value of the anchor rods decreases.Finally,this article proposes an optimization plan for tunnel support based on the characteristics of mine pressure manifestation in tunnels,and obtains good surrounding rock control effects through on-site application.
