大跨径半漂浮体系叠合梁斜拉桥静载试验研究

Experimental Study on Static Loading of Long-span Cable-stayed Bridge of a Semi-floating Composite Girder

摘要 针对双塔双索面半漂浮体系叠合梁斜拉桥成桥后运营阶段的可靠性问题,以磨刀门西江特大桥为研究对象,采用数值模拟与荷载试验相结合的方法,基于公路-Ⅰ级荷载的最不利影响线加载,用以评估桥梁的承载能力是否符合设计要求,并对半漂浮体系叠合梁斜拉桥的梁截面挠度、应变,主塔应变、水平位移以及索力进行了深入研究分析。结果表明:磨刀门西江大桥在各控制界面的应变、挠度、位移、索力基本呈线性变化,结构变形和响应具有一致性,结构校验系数均小于1,具有较高的承载富余,结构实际承载能力和刚度总体上满足设计要求,具备安全性和可靠性。 This paper focuses on assessing the reliability issues of a semi-floating composite girder cablestayed bridge with double towers and a double cable-plane system during its operational stage,a combination of numerical simulation and load test is used to evaluate whether the bearing capacity of the bridge meets the design requirements based on the most adverse line loading of the highway class I load,with the Modaomen Xijiang super bridge as the case study.The deflection,strain,tower deformation,horizontal displacement,and cable forces of the semi-floating composite girder cable-stayed bridge are analyzed.The results show that the strain,deflection,displacement and cable force of Modaomen Xijiang super bridge at each control interface are basically linear changes.The structural deformation and response are consistent.The structural calibration coefficients are all less than 1.0,and the structure has a high bearing surplus.The actual bearing capacity and stiffness of the structure meet the design requirements on the whole,with safety and reliability.
