摘要
根据JJG(浙)98-2007《电导率法总有机碳分析仪检定规程》,对制药行业在线TOC分析仪和配制的满量程20%、50%、80%的蔗糖标准溶液进行校准,并计算校准结果的示值误差和重复性,对示值误差测得值进行不确定度的评定,扩展不确定为1.3%(k=2)。实验证明:该校准方法可用于制药行业在线TOC分析仪的量值溯源。
According to JJG(ZHEJIANG)98-2007"Verification Regulations of Total Organic Carbon Analyzer for Conductivity Method",the online TOC analyzer and the sucrose standard solution with full scale of 20%,50%and 80%were calibrated for the pharmaceutical industry,and the indication error and repeatability of the calibration results were calculated,and the uncertainty of the measured value of the indication error was evaluated.The extended uncertainty is 1.3%(k=2).Experimental results show that this method can be used to trace the quantity value of online TOC analyzer in pharmaceutical industry.
