摘要
疾控中心开展的疾病预防控制、公共卫生管理等各项工作会形成大量的数据档案、文书以及业务档案,为疾控中心各项工作开展提供依据。本研究对新时期疾控中心档案管理工作的重要性进行了阐述,并对实际管理过程存在的现实问题进行了具体分析,包括缺乏专业的档案管理人员、档案管理方式单一等,最后围绕这些问题提出了相应的解决策略,希望能对改善疾控中心档案不全面、档案利用率低等问题有益,促进提升疾控中心档案管理水平。
Center for disease control will form a large number of datafiles,documents and businessfiles in the disease prevention and control,public health management and other work,to provide a basis for the work of a center for disease control.This paper expounds the importance of center for disease control’sfile management,and analyzes the existing practical problems in the actual management process,including the lack of professionalfile management personnel,and singlefile management methods.Finally,it puts forward corresponding solutions around these problems,which is expected to improve the problems of a center for disease control such as incompletefiles and low utilization rate offiles and promote the improvement of itsfile management.
