摘要
目的:探讨标准化护理在芒硝腹壁外敷辅助治疗急性重症胰腺炎中的应用效果。方法:选取兰州大学第二医院2020年1月—2022年12月采取芒硝、小茴香交替腹壁外敷辅助治疗的急性重症胰腺炎患者100例,随机分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(标准化护理),每组50人,对比干预效果。结果:观察组腹痛消失时间、腹胀消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间更短(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:对采取芒硝、小茴香交替腹壁外敷辅助治疗的急性重症胰腺炎患者实施标准化护理,能够及早减轻患者临床症状,提高其生活质量,且对护患关系的改善有利,值得采纳、推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized nursing in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis by external application of mirabilite on abdominal wall.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute severe pancreatitis who were treated with alternating abdominal wall application of mirabilite and fennel from January 2020 to December 2022 in the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(standardized nursing),with 50 patients in each group,to compare the intervention effect.Results:The time of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and intestinal sound in the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing for acute severe pancreatitis patients with alternating abdominal wall application of mirabilite and fennel can reduce clinical symptoms,improve their quality of life,and improve the relationship between nurses and patients,which is worthy of adoption and popularization.
