摘要
以水电站设备安装相关工程为例,对工程招投标阶段、实施阶段、结算阶段中影响结算费用的因素进行分析。结果表明:以利于项目管理方从项目招投标开始有效进行项目控制,抓住风险点,做好事前控制,可有效避免实施过程中不必要的费用支出,维护参建各方的利益,有效减少参建各方因争议问题的处理而花费的大量精力和时间等无形成本的支出。
Taking hydropower station equipment installation-related projects as an example,the factors influencing the settlement costs in the project bidding,implementation,and settlement stages are analyzed,The results show that:so as to facilitate the Project Contractor to effectively control the project from the beginning of the bidding and manage the risks.Through controlling the project cost in advance,effectively avoiding unnecessary expenses during the implementation process and safeguarding the interests of all parties involved in the project construction,the Contractor can effectively reduce the expenditure of intangible costs such as much energy and time spent by the parties involved in the settlement of disputes.
