摘要
采用LC-MS/MS(高效液相色谱-串联质谱)技术,对挥发油化妆品中31种生物碱进行了分析。在HPH-C18柱层析中,用含2%甲酸的甲醇-水溶液(体积比3∶1)为萃取液,用0.2%的甲酸水(流动相A)、乙腈(流动相B)进行梯度洗脱,洗脱流速控制为0.35 mL/min,进样量为5μL,通过电喷雾正离子模式进行多反应监测分析。研究结果表明,精油类化妆品中31种生物碱在质量浓度范围内的线性关系均较为良好,前处理方式简便高效,可有效测定精油类化妆品中31种生物碱,保障化妆品的安全性评价效果。
LC-MS/MS(high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry)technology was used to analyze 31 alkaloids in volatile oil cosmetics.In HPH-C18 column chromatography,a methanol water solution with a volume ratio of 2%formic acid(3:1)was used as the extraction solution.Gradient elution was performed with 0.2%formic acid water(mobile phase A)and acetonitrile(mobile phase B).The elution flow rate was controlled at 0.35 mL/min,and the injection amount was 5μL.The multi reaction monitoring analysis was carried out through the positive ion mode of electric spray.The research results indicate that the linear relationship between the 31 alkaloids in essential oil cosmetics is relatively good within the mass concentration range,and the pre-treatment method is simple and efficient,which can effectively determine the 31 alkaloids in essential oil cosmetics and ensure the safety evaluation effect of cosmetics.
