摘要
目的观察内眦开大术联合改良Park法重睑成形术在双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者中的应用效果。方法选取82例于2020年9月至2023年9月在贵州医科大学附属乌当医院就诊的有求美需求的双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者,均为女性,按照治疗方式不同分为研究组和对照组,各41例(82只眼)。对照组采取内眦开大术联合传统Park重睑成形术,研究组采取内眦开大术联合改良Park法重睑成形术。比较两组患者术中出血量、瘢痕消失时间、术后满意度和临床疗效。结果研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,瘢痕消失时间早于对照组,术后总满意度高于对照组患者,术后7天眼睑宽度小于对照组,眼裂高度大于对照组,术后半年上睑提肌肌力大于对照组,临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论内眦开大术联合改良Park法重睑成形术用于治疗双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮临床疗效较好,术中出血量少,术后并发症少,瘢痕消失时间早,恢复速度快,重睑形态对称自然,患者满意度高,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of inner canthus enlargement combined with improved Park method double eyelid reconstruction in patients with bilateral single eyelid and inner canthus skin.Method 82 patients with bilateral single ffieyelid and epicanthus who sought beauty at Wudang Hospital affiliated with Guizhou Medical University from September 2020 to ffSeptember 2023 were selected,all female.They were divided into a study group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases(82 eyes)in each group.The control group underwent inner canthal dilation combined with traditional Park double eyelid reconstruction surgery,while the study group underwent inner canthal dilation combined with improved Park double eyelid reconstruction surgery.Compare the intraoperative bleeding volume,scar disappearance time,postoperative satisfaction,and fficlinical efficacy between two groups of patients.Result The intraoperative bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group,the surgical time was shorter than that in the control group,and the scar disappearance time was earlier than that in the control group.The overall satisfaction after surgery was higher than that of the control group patients.On the 7th day after surgery,the eyelid fiwidth was smaller than that of the control group,the height of the eye fissure was higher than that of the control group,and the muscle fiffistrength of the levator palpebrae was greater than that of the control group in the first half of the year.The overall clinical efficacy was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control.Conclusion The ffcombination of inner canthal opening surgery and improved Park's double eyelid reconstruction surgery is clinically effective for the treatment of bilateral single eyelids with inner canthal epicanthus.It has low intraoperative bleeding,fewer postoperative complications,early scar disappearance,fast recovery speed,symmetrical and natural double eyelid shape,high patient satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
