摘要
为满足高校培养实用型、技能型人才的需要,解剖实验技术人员课余时间指导学生利用解剖学技术制作小件标本。小件标本制作过程以“学生为中心”,即学生作为主导者,教师和技术人员作为辅助者,这种学生从被动到主动、教师从传授到引导的教学模式的开展,有意识地将科学研究和临床应用融入小件标本制作中,不仅提高了学生的科研思维和动手实践能力,强化了学生的团队合作意识和沟通协调能力,还促进了临床思维的初步形成,培养了学生的耐心和毅力,完善学生的综合素养,为其今后走向临床或科研工作岗位打下坚实的基础。同时该项目的开展使局部解剖学实验操作后的尸体标本再利用,为教学及科研增加标本储备的同时,还减少了尸体标本的耗损,以达到实验教学与资源的良性循环。
In order to satisfy the demands for practical and skillful talents in higher education,anatomical experimental technicians guide students in using anatomical techniques to make small specimens in their spare time.The process of creating these small specimens is“student-centered”,meaning that students act as the leaders with teachers and technicians serving as supportive roles.The implementation of this teaching model,where students transition from passive to active,and teachers transition from imparting to guiding,consciously integrates scientific research and clinical applications into the production of small.Also improves students overall qualities,laying a solid foundation for their future clinical or research-oriented careers.At the same time,the implementation of this project enables the reuse of cadaver specimens after topographic anatomy experiments,increasing specimen reserves for teaching and scientific research while reducing the consumption of cadaver specimens,in order to achieve a virtuous cycle of experimental teaching and resources.
