摘要
通过对锅炉油枪喷雾特性及其对燃烧效率的影响进行研究,得出一系列重要结论。首先,油枪喷雾特性与燃烧效率之间存在密切的关系,喷雾质量、角度、压力等因素都会对燃烧效率产生影响。其次,通过对喷嘴结构的优化,可以进一步提高燃烧效率。最后,提出一些改进锅炉燃烧系统的建议,以提高燃烧效率和节能减排。
This paper studies the effect of the boiler oil spray on combustion efficiency,and draws a series of important conclusions.First of all,there is a close relationship between the spray characteristics of the oil gun and the combustion efficiency.Spray quality,spray angle,spray pressure and other factors will have an impact on the combustion efficiency.Secondly,the combustion efficiency can be further improved by optimizing the nozzle structure.Finally,this paper presents some suggestions for improving the boiler combustion system to improve the combustion efficiency and energy saving and emission reduction.
