摘要
建立了一套高温高压条件下石油馏分中氢气溶解度测定的实验方法,同时对整个实验过程进行了优化,并采用该方法测定了不同温度、压力条件下氢气在甲苯和焦化重蜡油中的溶解度。实验结果显示,氢气在甲苯中的溶解度数据与前人的实验结果一致,偏差小于5%;且相同温度条件下,氢气在甲苯及焦化重蜡油中的溶解度都随压力的升高而增大,且呈线性变化;相同压力条件下,氢气在甲苯及焦化重蜡油中的溶解度都随温度的升高而增大。该方法在已有的直接法基础上进行了改进,增加了系统内外压力平衡过程,同时优化了实验装置的大小、取样及读数方法,且在容易产生测量误差的地方增加了修正方法,使得测定更加准确。
Determination method of hydrogen solubility in petroleum distillates at high temperature and pressure was established,and the experiment process was optimized simultaneously.The method was then applied to determine the hydrogen solubility in toluene and heavy coking gas oil at different temperatures and pressures.Results show that the data of hydrogen solubility in toluene are just the same as the other researchers,and the deviation is less than 5%.At the same temperature,the hydrogen solubility both in toluene and heavy coking gas oil increases linearly with the pressure increasing.And at the same pressure,the hydrogen solubility both in toluene and heavy coking gas oil increases with the temperature increasing.This method is improved on the basis of the existing direct method,which increases the internal and external pressure balance process of the system,optimizes the size of the experimental device,sampling and reading methods,and adds correction methods in places where measurement errors are easy to occur,making the measurement more accurate.
