摘要
接种新型冠状病毒疫苗(简称新冠疫苗)是防止新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情蔓延的重要措施之一。随着新冠疫苗的广泛应用,其不良反应逐渐显露,包括新冠疫苗接种者出现新发或复发肾小球疾病,相关病例报道引起了肾脏病领域学者的关注。本文汇集了新冠疫苗接种后出现肾小球疾病病例的相关研究,发现接种不同疫苗后发生肾小球疾病时间不同。同时通过分析其潜在发生机制,为临床早期识别该疾病提供参考。
COVID-19 vaccination is one of the important measures to prevent its spread.With the wide application of COVID-19 vaccines,its adverse reactions are gradually known,including new or recurrent glomerular diseases in these vaccines.Relevant case reports have aroused the attention of researchers in the field of glomerular disease.Here,we pooled relevant studies on cases of glomerular disease after COVID-19 vaccination and found that the time to glomerular disease after vaccination varied.Meanwhile,this paper provides insights into early clinical identification of the disease by analyzing its potential mechanism.
