摘要
农业领域的数字化转型已经成为实现可持续发展和绿色生产的重要途径。但关于农业企业数字化促进绿色化的机制剖析和情景分析方面,还有大量值得探讨的空间。本文基于交易成本理论,阐明农企数字化水平对其绿色生产决策的影响逻辑和内在机制,并使用293家广东省种植类农企的一手微观数据进行实证检验。研究结果显示:农企数字化水平显著促进了其绿色生产程度;其中,组织一体化发挥了机制作用;异质性分析表明,当企业法人代表的社会地位较高或文化程度较高、企业经营年限较长、土地租期较长或得到农业补贴的情况下,农企数字化水平促进绿色生产程度的作用更显著。本文的现实启示在于,政府要继续为农企数字化提供激励性制度环境、稳定地权以促进农地长期流转期限、提升农企管理人员的教育水平,使得农企数字化创新为农业绿色生产带来更大活力,助力实现我国农业的高质量发展。
Digital transformation in agriculture is crucial for sustainable development and green production. However,there is much to explore in the mechanisms of how the digitalization of agricultural enterprises promotes green production. Based on transaction cost theory, this article explains how agricultural enterprises' digitalization level influences their green production decisions. This article conducts an empirical test based on first-hand micro-data from 293 planting agricultural enterprises in Guangdong Province. The empirical results show that: the digitalization level of agricultural enterprises significantly promotes their degree of green production;in particular, organizational integration plays a mechanistic role. However, this promotion effect is more significant when the enterprise representative has a higher social status or is more educated, the enterprise has longer business years and longer land leases, or it receives agricultural subsidies. The practical implications of this article suggest that the government should continue to provide a stimulating institutional environment for the digitalization of agricultural enterprises, stabilize land rights to promote long-term land transfer in agriculture and improve the education level of agricultural enterprise representatives so that digital innovation in agricultural enterprises brings greater vitality to green agricultural production and helps achieve high-quality development of agriculture in China.
