摘要
目的观察卡前列甲酯栓联合益母草注射液治疗剖宫产子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法按照随机数字表法将新余北湖医院2020年1月至2022年12月期间收治的剖宫产子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者82例分为两组,各41例。对照组术后给予卡前列甲酯栓治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予益母草注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、产后出血、止血时间、恶露持续时间、宫底高度、不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后2 h、24 h、48 h出血量低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组产后止血时间短,恶露持续时间短,产后3 d、5 d宫底高度低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡前列甲酯栓联合益母草注射液治疗剖宫产子宫收缩乏力性产后出血效果较佳,可减少产后出血量,缩短出血及恶露持续时间,促进子宫复旧,且联合治疗具有较高安全性。
Objective To observe the effect of carboprost methylate suppositories combined with motherwort injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction fatigue during cesarean section.Methods According to the random number table method,82 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine contraction fatigue during cesarean section admitted to Xinyu Beihu Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into 2 groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carboprost methylate suppositories,and the observation group was treated with carboprost methylate suppositories combined with motherwort injection.The clinical efficacy,postpartum hemorrhage,hemostasis time,lochia duration,fundal height and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05);the blood loss in the observation group was lower at 2 h,24 h and 48 h postpartum(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter postpartum hemostasis time,shorter duration of lochia,and lower fundus height at 3 and 5 days after delivery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carboprost methylate suppositories combined with motherwort injection is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction weakness during cesarean section,which can reduce postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the duration of hemorrhage and lochia,promote uterine rehabilitation,and the combined treatment has high safety.
